Meet the DialaRide Team

The Board of Directors/Trustees has overall responsibility for the management of LADAR. It makes sure it is operating effectively and within various legal frameworks. This includes ensuring LADAR:

• has the financing it needs and spends the money appropriately and for the purposes for which it was raised

• follows the law and necessary legal obligations including preparing reports and accounts to send to Companies House, HMRC and the Charity Commission

• operates within its Memorandum and Articles of Association

• has proper management of full time staff and volunteers
